How to sing like Robert

Robert Smith has a very distinctive voice which is a mix between a head voice and chest voice. I used to really force the high notes but I found that I would lose my voice after every show. As you know The Cure are famous for long long shows.

Robert's voice is also distinctively English so he opens notes that start off narrow then end on very wide English sounding vowels which are very hard to hold on high notes without blowing out.

I have found it very difficult over the years to find a way to sing in Robert's register without destroying my voice over and over again.

I finally found that the only way to do it was by regular practise and by following a proper daily singing schedule with goals and targets. I found one that not only helps me with the higher registers required for the Cureheads but also has improved my natural singing voice in terms of tone, range and phrasing by leaps & bounds.

If you are a singer or want to be one I would recommend Brett Manning's Singing Sucess Program. You will use it for the rest of your life.

I have been using it for ages now and I recently joined his affiliate program so I do get paid for any sales resulting from this recomendation, but if it wasn't amazing I wouldnt even put it on my site. If it doesn't work or you he'll even give you your money back.
